PUTRAJAYA, March 2022 -
Enterprise Architecture (EA) NIISe
Workshop was conducted from 1
until 3 March 2022 at The Everly
Hotel, Putrajaya and was attended by
NIISe Project Team. Representatives
from the Malaysian Administrative
Modernisation and Management
Planning Unit (MAMPU) were also
present as one of the target groups
to provide suggestions and
improvements in EA NIISe
development.

The NIISe Project's development of
EA provides effective lessons
between business and IT, guidance
in the planning process, and design
of IT capabilities to meet the
Immigration Department of Malaysia
(JIM) objectives. The EA processes
involved assisting in the
identification of areas or elements ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE (EA) NIISE WORKSHOP
that will add value and increase the
efficiency of JIM services.

The structuring of EA NIISe has four
(4) goals to be achieved such as:

System Effectiveness

Efficiency

Agility

Durability
