CHANGE AMBASSADOR ENGAGEMENT PROGRAMME #1
PUTRAJAYA, February 2022 - The first Change Ambassador Engagement Programme was
held online on 23 March 2022 as one of the activities planned for NIISe Change
Ambassadors. The main focuses that were identified from the programme are:
01 NIISe Project Progress Updates. 03 CA Report Card Mechanisme.
02 Sharing on the Communication Activities. 04 CA Sharing Sessions.
The training provides an overview of NIISe Project, change management and training, the
roles and importance of change management, the ideal characteristics of the Change
Ambassador, and effective communication and its importance in the project.
The Change Ambassadors received a briefing on the NIISe developments tower progress
which are Application, Infrastructure, Technical, Management, and Business.
One of the roles of a Change Ambassador is to share the project communication to their
colleagues accordingly through these communication materials which are:

Change Ambassadors were also reminded of the importance of Report Cards submission
to the project team as well as their respective superiors. The purpose of the report card is
to track and monitor the activities conducted by Change Ambassadors in supporting the
project.
The programme ended with Change Ambassadors having the opportunity to share
activities carried out upon their appointment as Change Ambassadors. Next, they shared
constraints and best practices identified with the NIISe Project Team in improving
communication activities.
