5.8.1 Notice Tender

The tender document issued to the tenderer must be accompanied by a letter to the
tenderer. The letter must state that the documents issued to the tenderer:

 the payment of the tender document,
 Time

 Date
 Venue
 the suspension of registration with the PKK will be imposed for the purpose of

doing work after accept letter of acceptance or withdrawal of the tender after
the tender validity period

 and other instructions to the tenderer.

5.8.2 Checklist of Submission of Tender Document
The tender document issued to the tenderer must be accompanied by a checklist. It
includes a checklist for tenders to submit tenders and a mandatory document.
