                   5.8.6  Letter of Acceptance

                   This is a notice to the tenderer regarding the receipt of work from the client. The letter
                   contained:

                            Name of Client
                            Name of Contractor

                            Project Title
                            Contract Price
                            Compeletion of work

                            Conditions of contract
                          Client  or  Superintendent  Officer  will  be  using  this form to make  an  agreement

                   acceptance that tender with contractor. This form must be signed with two parties and
                   send back to client. Contractor must keep this form as a future reference.
