5.8.7 Standard Form of Contract

This contract form is used to indicate that there is a binding agreement for the tenderer
to be selected and approved by Board of Tender Procurement. For government sector
the are 2 types:

 JKR 203A Rev 1/2010 (Bills of Quantities)

 JKR 203 Rev 1/2010 (Lump Sum)
