 Minimum quality construction materials required including the construction
work

 Explaining how the work should be done
 Minimum quality of job
It is describe in detail the work requirements that are not explained in the

drawings & other contract requirements are not specified in any other document.
Specifications are normally prepared by trade and must include all items required in the
implementation of a project.

There is a standard specification that can be used in any standard specifications
have more advantages. However, the selection of the standard specifications must be
compatible with construction to be performed

It use the standard specification, specifications addenda may be prepared to
include specific requirements on the contract.
