5.8.4 Instruction to Tenderer
To inform tenderer about the rules and procedures which they should comply during
tender process. This instruction is including the tender document. It is difference
between types of contract.
The instructions to the tenderer are the specifications or rules that the contractor
must obey when fill out the tender document.
