5.8.3 Form of Tender

The tender form is a requirement that the tenderer must fill out. Among the items that
need to befilled are as follows:

 Name and address of the tenderer
 The total tender price (written with words and numbers)

 Project completion period
 Signature and stamp of the tenderer
 Signature of witness with name

If one of the above are not complete so that tenderer may be rejected.
Tenderers are required to comply with the terms of the tender.In the legal sense,

the tenderer is made on this form; hence it should not only be in substance correct, but
must be filled in carefully by the tendering party.
This form is available in the tender document which is in the form of a letter from

tenderers to the client’s stated willingness to perform work in accordance with the price
and construction period for this project.
