800.523.2233 to help provide inancial security until you get back on your feet and
return to work. The plan covers up to 60% of your pre-disability earnings
for up to 90 days. There is a 8-calendar day waiting period.
Long Term Disability (LTD)
The company provides long term disability insurance to offer you
inancial assistance in the event you are unable to work for an extended
period of time. The plan covers 60% of your pre-disability earnings to a
maximum monthly beneit of $5,000 once you have been out of work for
90 days.
