2018 Benefits Enrollment
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Regular full-time employees (working a minimum of 40 hours per week)
and part-time employees (working a minimum of 20 hours per week but
less than 30 hours per week) are eligible for Paid Time Off (PTO) to
cover vacations, sick leave, and other personal needs such as physician
and dental appointments, etc. Employees should submit PTO requests
in writing at least two weeks in advance, or as soon as possible, to their
supervisor. When possible, PTO requests are granted, taking into account
business requirements.
Full-Time Employees
Full-time employees regularly working 40 hours per week will accrue PTO
according to the following schedule.

1−3 Years 4.62 120
Should an employee call in sick or be 4−6 Years 6.16 160
unable to report to work, the hours 7+ Years 7.69 200
missed will be automatically deducted
from their accrued PTO balance. Employees in this category will be allowed to carry over 120 hours of unused PTO each year.
At the end of each calendar year, any Part-Time Employees
PTO in excess of the allowed hours to
be carried over will be forfeited. Part-time employees regularly working at least 30 hours per week, but
less than 40 hours per week, will accrue PTO according to the following
