Interest Sensitive Whole Life Insurance
UNUM’s interest-sensitive whole life insurance pays a death beneit to
your beneiciaries, but it can also build cash value you can use while
you are living. Later in life, you can use this cash value to buy a smaller,
“paid up” policy with no more premiums due. This beneit offers an
affordable, guaranteed level premium that won’t increase with age. If you
are diagnosed with a terminal illness with life expectancy of one year or
less, you can request up to 100% of your beneit amount to a maximum
of $150,000.
Accident Insurance
Accident coverage is designed to help meet the out-of-pocket expenses
and extra bills which can follow an accidental injury, whether minor or
catastrophic. Indemnity lump sum beneits through UNUM are paid
directly to you based on the amount of coverage listed in the schedule of UNUM
beneits. The accident plan is guaranteed issue, so no health questions are Policy #R0332346

Critical Illness Insurance
Critical illness insurance, available through UNUM, is designed to help
you offset the inancial effects of a catastrophic illness with a lump sum
beneit if you or a loved one are diagnosed with a covered critical illness.
The critical illness beneit is based on the amount of coverage in effect on
the date of diagnosis of a critical illness or the date treatment is received
according to the terms and provisions of the policy.
