Welcome and congratulations on being appointed to manage a Co-op construction project.

Co-op Property have put together a Site Managers Toolkit that has been designed to assist you and
detail what Co-op expect from you whilst managing our construction projects.

By using this Toolkit we hope you will understand that our commitment to the health and safety of our
customers, colleagues and contractors as well as protecting our environment for future generations is our
highest priority while delivering high quality cost effective projects that will enhance the local community.

Inside this Toolkit you will find information about the Construction team, RHSE team, standards, online
platforms and more that will help support you in your day-to-day role managing a Co-op Property Project.
