have gotten paid based on Jerome's threat in the elevator. She chose
not to. Thank God; she could have shut the company down with that.

Stephanie and I were laughing as we began to read over the
complaint. We lined up questions for the afternoon meeting, faxed the

complaint to the attorneys and told them of our strategy.

I contacted Tyrone and read the complaint. Tyrone was through,
he finally began to realize Jerome had sunk low and was trying to

destroy his marriage and his family by using these bimbos. We all knew
Jerome's hand was in the lawsuit based on the increased volume of cell

phone calls between the two, and we recognized the wording of the
complaint. They were Jerome's words.

First of all, the Complaint spoke of Tyrone grabbing her crotch.
HER CROTCH! No woman refers to her privates as a crotch, at least

no woman I know. Secondly, anyone who knows Tyrone knows he is
very quiet and guarded and dedicated to his family. Jerome set him up,

big time since Jerome was over the HR department at the time; they

were using Jerome to confirm their story. Terry was broken down, I
felt the brother almost had a real breakdown, but he had to man up in
front of the employees and especially in front of me! Tyrone had never
