March.
I then called Mr. Hall and he told me that Mr. Smith told him
about what he said and did to me on or about March 17th, that Mr.
Smith is afraid I will say something, and that Mr. Smith sees me as a
threat.
Respondent, therefore, knew about Mr. Smith’s sexual harassment
and assault of me right after it happened but did nothing to stop him
from continuing to harass and retaliate against me.
I am very upset and distraught by this situation.

I will never forget that date when the actual lawsuit arrived over
the fax. Stephanie brought me the fax. My mouth dropped when I

began to read the complaint.

Ten minutes after receiving the fax, Melissa arrived in my office,

saying she needed to talk to me because she knew that Tonya was
suing the company. She was acting as though she was telling me this

because she was loyal to the company. I played it nice and refused to
let her know I had received the faxed. I used my game face and told

her how much I appreciated her informing me of the situation.

The other strange occurrence was the fact that this was

Stephanie's first day back in the office, I had finally convinced her
