The Law Can Be Used as a Weapon

week after Jerome received his notification of termination, we

received a complaint from the County EEOC. The complaint
was filed by Crazy Tonya, accusing me of sexual harassment

and retaliation. Jerome’s name was in the complaint as her
corroboration. Giselle knew the crazies were plotting based on all the

back and forth with the cell phones. Ten minutes after receiving the
fax, Melissa arrived in Giselle’s office because she needed to inform

the CEO, as Tonya’s supervisor, that Tonya had filed a sexual
harassment lawsuit against the company and me.

Giselle did not let Melissa know that she had already received the

fax from the EEOC. Giselle thanked Melissa and told her how she
appreciated her informing her of the complaint and she would handle
it appropriately. I know Giselle wanted to throw up! This was just the

beginning of the games triggered by Jerome’s dismissal.

Giselle also had been in contact with Steph and had begged
Stephanie to return. She also assures her that Jerome had been
