Technology Potpourri

If it hasn’t been evident up to this point, it should clearly be evident now, after the

past year and a half that we have all just experienced with the pandemic, that

technology is here to stay! From totally virtual classrooms to dual modality teaching,

we all realized that we needed to ramp up and add to our technology toolbox. In
this interactive session, participants will be introduced to the wonders of some new

as well as some staple technologies that can be used with students for an engaging

and alternative method of teaching the standards, by students from the University of

South Carolina enrolled in the EDSE 770 course, Technology in Mathematics

Education.

Math Technology Tools 6-12

Participants will explore technology tools and learn strategies for incorporating them

into mathematics lessons that are in a traditional classroom, virtual or hybrid setting.
