your monthly financial statement, 1099’s for annual tax filing, copies of your lease
agreement. And, you can make contributions for repairs, as necessary. Our team will

Cleaning Guidelines
You only have one opportunity to make a first impression and a lot of times, the
first impression that most sets the tone for your tenants is the condition of their
home. It’s commonly called that “exhale” moment – when the place finally feels like
its yours to take care of and it happens when the tenants walk in the door for the
first time after picking up their keys. And, if we didn’t meet expectations for that
moment – it can be ruined. We go over each home meticulously prior to move-in.
We will perform an inspection of each home prior to marketing your home for rent,
and again when tenants move out. Here are a few (maybe not all) of the things we
look for to get you ahead of the game:
