                                          The 13-Year old Boy

Michael Jackson first met the 13-year old Chandler boy,
that would later make the allegations against him, at a Rent-
A-Wreck car rental agency. The agency was owned by Dave
Schwartz, the husband of June Chandler (June Schwartz) who
is the mother of the boy who accused Michael Jackson of child
sexual abuse. When Michael Jackson's car broke down, Dave
Schwartz found out that he was coming to his agency to rent a
car. He called June Schwartz and told her to bring their 13-
who was a fan of Michael Jackson, to the office.
                          year old son,
Michael Jackson felt a sense of devotion towards the boy after
being told that he sent him a picture that he drew after his hair
caught on fire during filming of a commercial.
From the moment Michael Jackson met the boy they be-
came friends. Michael Jackson began calling the boy and lav-
ishing him and his mother with expensive gifts, shopping
sprees and trips all over the world; including Monaco and
                          Paris.
I had the opportunity to meet the 13-year old boy on two
separate occasions while working with Mr. Rothman. The first
meeting was unexpected. I stumbled upon the 13-year old boy
by surprise in Mr. Rothman's office behind closed doors as I
was preparing to leave work. It was required that we check in
with Mr. Rothman before leaving to see if he needed anything
before we left the office. Mr. Rothman was in his office with
the doors closed, and that generally meant you had to knock
first. Without thinking, I opened his office door to say goodbye,
