doors. The relationship between them at that point seemed
normal and cordial.
June Schwartz later accused Dr. Chandler of conducting a cruel
plan to gain control of the minor's assets. She further
asserted that the action filed by Dr. Chandler was being brought
to promote his own hope for celebrity status.
With all the time that Michael Jackson spent with the 13-
year old boy in June Schwartz's presence, she stated that she
never witnessed any inappropriate behavior by Michael Jack-son.
David Schwartz cross-complained against Dr. Chandler for
invasion of privacy. According to his Statement of Facts, he
stated that he did not think Michael Jackson molested the 13-
year old boy. He did, however, feel that his family was torn
apart by Michael Jackson's interference.
Mr. Schwartz also spoke to the issue of Dr. Chandler's be-
havior as abusive, belligerent and violent. He stated that it was
out of fear that he recorded the conversation. David Schwartz
stated in his lawsuit against Dr. Chandler that he had been
physically attacked on two occasions by Dr. Chandler. One
attack was powerful enough to cause Dave Schwartz to lose
consciousness.
June Schwartz acknowledged in her declaration, in sup-
port of her husband, that after the allegations of sexual abuse
were made to the Department of Children's Services; they did
interview the 13-year old boy in their home.
