A Celebration of Life
The way we treat death is the way we live life.
If we perceive death as something that steals away our loved ones,
and with them, our happiness and joy, then we are bound to live a
life of fear, in anticipation of losing someone dear. On the other side
of the coin, lies the opportunity, that by embracing death, to redis-
cover life’s true beauty.
Only when this acceptance blossoms in one’s heart, can death be
taken for what it is: a celebration of life. Without the contrast of mat-
ter’s dissipation, life would be a dull, boring manifestation.
For a holiday makes sense only because it’s followed by stress. And
the only thing that stops the ocean from being a single, giant portion,
is the land that stops its motion.
As soon as you come across this simple, yet significant realization,
sadness will stay out of the question. Seeing that life is only meaning-
ful because of death, will cause every and any frown to be shed. Only
then you’ll step out of the trend, exchanging your tears for compas-
