Therefore, IDC propose the follow strategic recommendations:

• Short term strategy (1 – 2 years):

- Support creators with access to funding in order to facilitate creators with

access to the necessary software and technology.

- Support network creation for creators and investors from different industries in
the form of business matching for example hosting events where corporates

with demands for digital content could meet with creators.

• Short term strategy (3 – 5 years): Integration of educational institutions with content

creators to provide students with the adequate training. This could be done by

changing the internship scheme for university students from a one term internship for

3 year students to implementing the internship scheme after 2 year of university in
order for students to gain a broader perspective of working in industry over theoretical
based learning

• Long term strategy (10 – 20 years): Strengthen laws and legislative measures to prevent
piracy or implement tax measures to facilitate creators.
