TIME OFF TO VOTE
        Tegra encourages employees to exercise their rights as citizens
        to vote in local, state and national elections, and other initiatives.
        As polls are typically open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., employees are
        typically able to vote outside of Company work hours. If work
        hours make it difficult for an employee to get to the polls, they
        should consult with their supervisor or manager to make alternate
        arrangements. Tegra will comply with all appropriate state laws
        governing employee voting rights.


        EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PLAN (EAP)
        Tegra offers a personal support program for employees and
        their family members. Our EAP program is staffed with qualified
        professionals who can help with a wide range of issues, from
        family, health or financial questions to issues around emotional
        health, depression or addiction. Contact your Human Resources
        Representative for information on how to use the EAP support
        system. This confidential service is provided at no cost to
        Employees.
