INCLEMENT WEATHER
It is the policy of Tegra to remain open during most periods
of inclement weather; however, where extraordinary
circumstances warrant, Tegra reserves the right to close
facilities. During periods of inclement weather, Tegra
management will decide and communicate to employees who
work at a production facility via recorded message on the
weather telephone line. Employees should call the designated
weather line to listen to the message and find out if their work
schedules have been changed or the facility will be closed.

On days that weather conditions worsen as the day progresses,
Tegra management may decide to close early. In such cases,
an announcement will be made at the facility and a message
will be recorded on the weather telephone line. Employees
should remain at work until the appointed closing time, unless
they receive permission from their manager or supervisor to do
        otherwise.

Regardless of whether Tegra is open or closed, it is up to each
employee to decide to report to work during such weather. If
an employee determines that he or she cannot report to work
because of inclement weather, arrives late or leaves early, the
employee should make every effort to contact his manager
or supervisor to advise the Company of his status for the day.
Failing to provide notice is unacceptable.

        ABSENCES
        • Salaried employees: If unable or do not work from home, are
           required to use PTO.
        • Hourly employees: If unable or do not work from home, have
the option of using PTO or unpaid time off.

Tegra encourages employees to plan ahead to ensure work
continuation in case of inclement weather.
