BULLETIN BOARDS AND WALL POSTINGS
Tegra maintains bulletin boards in all facilities for the posting
of required state and federal postings, official company
bulletins and other memoranda. Individual employees are
not permitted to post personal notices or other notices on
the boards. Special housekeeping procedures or rules may
be established by the management team at each location to
ensure a professional work environment.
SMOKING AND USE OF TOBACCO
In order to maintain a safe and comfortable working
environment and to ensure compliance with applicable
laws, smoking and use of other tobacco products, including
electronic cigarettes and “vapes”, at Tegra offices and
facilities is strictly regulated. You should familiarize yourself
with those areas throughout Company premises where
smoking is either permitted or prohibited. We insist on strict
adherence to this policy because Tegra may be subject
to criminal and civil penalties for violations of applicable
smoking laws. Employees caught smoking in any area not
designated as a smoking area may be subject to disciplinary
action up to, and including, termination.
SOLICITATIONS AND DISTRIBUTIONS
The company prohibits the solicitation, distribution and posting of materials in working
areas by anyone, including employees, except as may be permitted by this policy. This
includes solicitations and distributions via Tegra email by and between employees,
vendors, clients and suppliers. This policy also prohibits the distribution of literature
of any kind, soliciting membership in, contribution for, or providing information on any
organization on Company property, except as specifically permitted herein.
Only vendors/suppliers that have an established business relationship with the company
are permitted on the premises to conduct authorized business. Contractors, vendors,
suppliers and others shall be denied access to Company property except for the express
purpose of conducting business pertinent to the operation of the Company and/or upon
request by the company. All visitors must receive permission from management and are
required to display a visitor’s badge and be escorted by an employee at all times while
on Company property. The Company may offer special promotions as a complement to
employee benefit programs. Promotions such as discounted health club memberships
and cellular phone service are designed to be of direct benefit to the employee. Nothing
in the Company’s Solicitation and Distributions Policy precludes the Company from
offering special promotions to benefit its employees.
