•  Continue to monitor the curriculum for inclusivity. Find ways to include multicultural topics when
               planning units and assignments.
            •  Continue to build our reference library with multiculturalism in mind.

        Non-Curricular Programs
            •  Continue programs for parents with a multicultural, primarily adult focus.
            •  Provide training for classroom faculty in dealing with the issues particular to families of diversity
               whenever appropriate.
            •  Continue to bring in performers and artists and other diverse professionals.
        Miscellaneous
            •  Continue to increase diversity among trustees, corporators, and key volunteers.
            •  Effectively utilize SPHERE membership to educate the community.
            •  Active involvement and representation of faculty/staff on Diversity Committee.
