2. After an employee has purchased the equipment and submitted the paid invoice to the Business
Office, the school will “reimburse” the employee for the full amount of the purchase, up to
               $2,500.
            3. Payback to the school will be made by payroll deduction in 12 monthly payments, including
               interest at 6%.

            4. Computer loans will be given on a first come, first served basis. The total aggregate amount of
loans will not exceed $12,500 at any time.
            5. Promissory notes will be required.
            6. If an employee discontinues working at Renbrook for any reason while the loan is in force the
loan will be due and payable immediately.
            7. As the school’s cash supply is often low during portions of the summer, loans might not be
given during the months of June and July.

            8. Further conditions regarding this program may be put into effect at any time if experience
indicates a need to do so.

        ALICE TALCOTT ENDERS STUDY GRANT

The Alice Enders Study Grant shall provide support for faculty members to grow as teachers and experts in
their fields. The grants should support Renbrook faculty in their efforts to be lifelong learners in their discipline
of study; to encourage teachers’ further education and growth in current teaching techniques and curricula,
and to refresh and excite faculty about teaching and working with children.

The annual deadline for applications will be December 15. Applications should be submitted to the Head of
School, who will announce a decision by January 15. There is no application form; instead, we request a brief
narrative outlining a plan, its approximate cost, and its rationale.

The amount awarded will be subject to annual investment returns generated by the school’s Endowment Fund
and may not be awarded in each budget year. Recipients should provide appropriate documentation to the
Business Office for the disbursement of these funds.

Note: This grant is NOT considered taxable income.

        FUEL OIL PURCHASES
For employees who live within the extensive delivery area of the school’s fuel oil dealer, AUTOMATIC
COMFORT / TLC, arrangements can be made whereby purchases can be made at a modest charge per gallon
above what the school pays. While this pricing structure normally fluctuates during the course of the year, the
        advantage available produces significant savings.

The company prefers automatic delivery, but will accept accounts that call each time a delivery is necessary.
Competitive service plans are available. Monthly statements are sent to the school in the employee’s name
each month. To get started in the program, please notify the Business Office to receive contact information.
Overall terms of the school’s annual fuel needs are negotiated annually and this employee program is offered
on a year-by-year basis only. Every effort will be made to give reasonable notice if this program is
discontinued. This program ends when an employee terminates service to the school.
