The new benefit will allow faculty and staff to enroll more than one student according to the same criteria in
        place (family pays 3.5% of tuition plus the cost of lunch, and the school pays the balance of 96.5%. There is a
        two-year vesting period for eligibility to participate in this benefit for faculty and staff.

        2016-2017 — Expanded program for grades 6 - 8             2018-2019 — Add grade 2
        2016-2017 — Add JK and Preschool                          2019-2020 — Add grade 3
        2016-2017 — Add K                                         2020-2021 — Add grade 4
        2017-2018 — Add grade 1                                   2021-2022 — Add grade 5

            •  Individual faculty and staff students who were enrolled under the former policy will be grandfathered.
               All sibling applicants of currently enrolled students must follow the phase-in schedule noted above.
            •  As with the current program, the benefit ceases if the employee leaves Renbrook employment.
            •  School reserves the right, based on the schools' financial situation, to adjust the phase in schedule
               (including stopping the phase-in) and to make other modifications as needed.
            •  As the school budgets each year of the phase-in, the goal will be to keep the percentage of financial
               aid comparable to current levels. This will require modifications over time to financial aid and the
               amount of aid given to each family.
            •  Faculty and staff children must academically qualify to enroll and continue to stay in good academic
               standing.
