Butter OR Margarine?
In menopause our aim is to educate you about ‘cleaning up
your liver health’ and setting you up for a reduction of your
symptoms and inflammatory cellular changes that could lead
you into an unhealthy ‘older age’. This means you need to be
conscious of artificial chemicals, such as additives and
preservatives into your digestive system. The liver finds it hard
to break these substances down. If you understand this, then
you will see that margarine is ‘man-made’. It has lots of
additives and preservatives in it. Natural butter, preferably
from organic grass-fed cows, is ‘healthier’ for you.
