Stage 3: The Deposition Phase
center is thicker than the sides or vice versa, it is
because the body is retaining more water than it
should in a healthy state. This is a sign that your
body is holding on to something “extra” in the
extracellular space. This may be toxins, waste
products of your cells, etc. In each case, these have
the potential to both decrease how effectively and
efficiently the cells work and damage them
overtime.
Effectively treating the deposition phase and
clearing the extracellular matrix takes anywhere
from a few weeks to a few months depending on
severity. The therapeutics here include clearing
toxins and supporting the liver, kidneys and
lymphatic system. If the body is not cleared of
these toxins, waste products, etc, you progress to
the impregnation stage.
