its application could assist JORD to understand our internal activities before the next board
meeting.

Can you prepare a briefing note to explain the value chain and how its application might help in
making decisions about internal activities?

In addition you might want to consider an explanation of outsourcing and how the value chain
could help, should we need to consider this further.
