As you will note from the attached memo, the COO is very concerned at the progress of our new
website. They and the institutional shareholders see this as a key strategy for our future growth
and have requested that we consider how to address the issues identified.

The COO is particularly concerned given the expertise that Jord has in managing house building
projects and is at a loss as to why this situation could have occurred?

Can you prepare a briefing note for the COO in advance of the meeting with the project manager
which firstly outlines the key constraints applicable to all projects and secondly suggests
strategies available to Jord to address the issues in the website project regarding these project
constraints?

There is considerable dissatisfaction regarding this issue both on the board and (as I have
indicated) amongst the institutional shareholders who have become aware of the circumstance.
You will appreciate therefore that this information is required asap.
