Inspect What You Expect
Grab a little quiet time and go through your entire sales system. Identify five or six
ways that you can up-sell and how you can automate it and take the human ‘fear
factor’ out of the equation.
If you happen to be a one product/service company go find something
complimentary that you can use as an add-on. There are a number of ways you
can do this quickly and easily.

Make Your Up-Selling Offers Simple and Automatic
One way is to offer new products digitally. The largest player in this market is
ClickBank.com. Visit ClickBank and search for products that are similar to yours or
would fit the same audience as yours. If you like what you see, you can become
an affiliate seller and receive commissions on sales.
Another great option to find products similar to yours is Amazon.com. You can
become a reseller for Amazon and literally create your own store of products that
you decide to offer to your customers and earn a commission for that as well.
Finally, another way to create automatic up-sells is to develop a joint venture with
a local business that sells to your market, but doesn’t compete with your business
