                薑(ginger) 120 g                                  辣豆瓣醬(Spicy Bean Paste) 20g


                蒜(garlic) 150 g                                  香油 (sesame oil) 5g

                青蔥(spring onion) 100g


                花椒(Sichuan Peppercorn) 5g


                肉桂葉(Cinnamon leaf) 2g


                八角 (star anise) 2g
