               鳳梨 (pineapple) 1 big unit                      醬油 (soy sauce) 10g


               蝦仁 (peeled prawn) 100g
                                                              糖 (sugar) 2g

               青蔥 (spring onion) 50g
                                                              白胡椒 (white pepper) 1g

               豌豆 (fresh pea) 30g
                                                              蠔油 (oyster sauce) 20g
               米 (Japanese rice) 200g

                                                              鹽 (Salt) 2 g
