              豬絞肉 (minced pork) 100g                               醬油 (soy sauce) 30g


              蝦仁 (pealed prawn) 100g                               糖 (sugar) 30g

              青江菜 (Chinese Pak Choi) 200g                          白胡椒 (white pepper) 3g


              乾香菇(dried Shiitake) 10g                              米酒 (rice wine) 20g


              青蔥 (spring onion) 10g                                玉米粉 (corn starch) 15g


              薑 (ginger) 10g                                       香油 (sesame oil) 5g


              水 (water) 600g
