You should never feel starving in this program.
Am I suppose to You may sometimes feel slightly hungry, yet never
uncomfortable. If you are, it may be because you
are not eating your 6 full meals daily, your portion

are not including enough green fibrous
vegetables in your meals.
Also, incorporating legumes/beans in your meals 21
help to keep you fuller longer, as they are high in
fiber. It's all about listening to your body and
adjusting accordingly. Not everyone requires the
same amount of food. Figure out through trial and
error what best suits your needs and goals.
