                             Also, change your mindset about the gym. Don't solely focus on going there
                                 to obtain your dream body or to lose 20 pounds. This will lead to over
                               stressing yourself and discouragement seeing as great things take time.
                             Instead, shift your mind on growing stronger, finding new limits you never
                              knew you had and knowing that that strength you gain in the gym applies
                              to every other part of your life. Training is really about bettering yourself,
                              and once you start realizing this throughout your journey, you'll desire to
                             go to the gym and you won't feel like it's a "chore" anymore. You can learn to
                              enjoy every moment as soon as you start to change how you react to each
                                  situation. Be positive and look at how far you've come. Be your own
