                  This is because you will be performing supersets, which keeps your
                  heart rate elevated and your rest between sets will be decreased, also

                  keeping your heart rate elevated. HIIT can only be performed for a
                  short amount of time because you will be completing all out  sprints

                  to your maximum capacity, and your body cannot maintain this
                  intensity for long periods of time, as it quickly depletes your glycogen

                  stores (your main energy stores for anaerobic training) but also helps
                  speed up your metabolism even hours after training. So that way, you

                  can perform less cardio and still get fantastic results!

                  That is the least of your worries. Adjust the training around your                                                       32
                  schedule so that it works for you, allowing you to complete each

                  workout. Also, it is very important to be in tune with your body. If you
                  feel very drained and tired, don't push yourself when your body is

                  asking for rest.
