                   THAT'S TOTALLY FINE! THERE ARE SUBSTITUTES FOR BEGINNERS LISTED UNDER EACH

                     ADVANCED EXERCISE. COMPLETE WHATEVER YOU CAN DO AND SIMPLY MODIFY OR
                    START BY ONLY DOING HALF UNTIL YOU CAN WORK YOURSELF UP TO COMPLETING

                   THE FULL PROGRAM. DON'T PUT TOO MUCH PRESSURE ON YOURSELF. TAKE ONE STEP
                                              AT A TIME AND YOU'LL GET THERE IN NO TIME!


                                              WHY SHOULD I START WITH PHASE ONE FIRST?
                      THIS IS BECAUSE PHASE ONE HELPS YOU FIRST BUILD THE FOUNDATIONS BEFORE

                         SHREDDING DOWN. IT IS IMPORTANT TO FIRST BUILD MUSCLE AND DEVELOP
                                                                       STRENGTH.


                                           HOW DO I KNOW WHICH WEIGHT IS GOOD FOR ME?

                         IF YOU CAN COMPLETE MORE REPS THAN WHAT'S RECOMMENDED FOR THAT
                   PARTICULAR EXERCISE OR NOT ENOUGH REPS, THEN ADJUST ACCORDINGLY. IF YOUR
                   FORM STARTS TO BECOME SLOPPY AND YOU ARE FORCING TOO MUCH, DECREASE THE

                     WEIGHT. IF YOU DON'T FEEL ANY TENSION, INCREASE THE WEIGHT AND FOCUS ON
                        CONTRACTING AT EACH REP. IT SHOULDN'T BE EASY. YOU GET RESULTS WHEN

                          YOU BREAK OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE, BUT ALSO KNOW YOUR LIMITS.
