                                            It's simply part of the process. When we workout, we break
                                           down muscle tissue, which causes inflammation forcing the

                                           body to work over time to rebuild these tissues. To decrease
                                              the soreness, simply make sure you are eating well and
                                            consuming your pre and post workout meals (whey protein
                                              isolate with a fast acting sugar: such as a banana), get

                                           enough rest, drink a lot of water and don't forget to stretch
                                           after each workout! Most of us forget or neglect stretching,

                                              when it is very important to cool down the muscles and                                     33
                                               release the tension built from our strenuous workouts.
