                                                                                                Gelatin actually contains two anti inflammatory
                                                                                            amino acids, and helps the liver detoxify & can help
                                                                                            repair tears in cartilage (so great for injuries). Make
                                                                                              sure to purchase grass-fed and pasteurized gelatin
                                                                                              only. Did you know only 1 tbsp of gelatin is packed
                                                                                                with 10g of protein! It is also great for gut health!

                                                                                               Directions: Add 3 1/2 tbsps of gelatin in 1/3 cup of
                                                                                             cold water. Let the mixture sit in the bowl while you
                                                                                             prepare the rest. In a pan on medium heat, add: 1.5
                                                                                                cups of fresh strawberries with 8 drops of vanilla
                                                                                                  liquid stevia. Heat until fruit becomes soft and
                                                                                                      starts to bubble. Then simply add in a food
                                                                                                 processor with the gelatin, and blend well. Pour
                                                                                               mixture in gummy bear molds and let it sit in the
                                                                                                                          fridge for about 30 mins.
