                       Servings: 2






                     Directions: Cut a whole
               cauliflower into small pieces: only

                the top part (discarding all stems).
                Melt 2 tbsps of ghee (grass-fed) or                                                                                 124
                 coconut oil and pour evenly on
                    top. Sprinkle with sea salt,
                  paprika & top with 3 tbsps of

                nutritional yeast. Bake at 350 for
                          about 25 mins.
