CAULIFLOWER




    GRILLED PERROGIES








                     Servings: 2




     Food process: 1 steamed cauliflower, 1 egg, 3/4 cups of

     skim milk cheese, 1/2 a cup of tapioca flour, 1 tsp of onion

     powder and 1 tsp of sea salt. Place in a baking pan with
     parchment paper & bake at 375 for 25 mins. Then, let cool

     for 20 minutes and cut into small pieces and grill each piece

     on a skillet in coconut oil for about 3 mins each side.                                                                          120
