                                                                                            Take a rice wrap and wet in hot water for 10
                                                                                           seconds. Place flat on a cutting board and fill

                                                                                            with grilled seasoned chicken breast pieces.
                                                                                               Roll each piece of chicken in the rice wrap
                                                                                             (individually) and stick the rice wrap closed
                                                                                           using your fingers to press down. Place each

                                                                                                piece in coconut oil on medium heat in a
                                                                                             skillet. Grill for about 2 mins each side until
                                                                                           rice paper starts to harden and golden. Then
                                                                                            simply place in a bowl and dip in gluten-free

                                                                                                                                tamari  sauce!
