                   RASPBERRY COOKIES






                                             Servings: 4





             In a food processor, blend together the following ingredients: 4 scoops of
             protein powder, 2 tbsps of melted cacao butter, 2 tbsps of chia seeds, 1/3

           cup gluten-free oats, 1/3 cup coconut flour, 2 tbsps of goji berries, 1/3 cup
           frozen raspberries, 2.5 tbsps lakanto monk fruit. Form batter into cookies
           and top with cacao liquor buttons (or unsweetened white chocolate chips)

                             & extra goji berries. Let them sit in the fridge for 20 mins.                                           163
