    Blend together: 2 scoops of whey protein powder, 1/2 cup of cashews, 1 tbsp of coconut butter, 1/2 tsp
    of pure peppermint oil, 2 tbsps of stevia extract, while slowly adding in almond milk until batter begins
    to stick together. Form batter into mini patties and let these sit in the fridge for about 10 mins. In the
    meantime, melt 60g of dark chocolate. Cover each pattie in the dark chocolate and place each one on a
    line of parchment paper. Freeze for 20 mins. If you love chocolate mint,
    you'll sure enjoy these!
