CAKE BITES
In a food processor, blend together: 1/2 cup of
gluten-free oats, 2 scoops of vanilla protein,

2 tbsps of beat crystals (Salus brand), 2 tbsps
of coconut oil, 1 tsp of pure vanilla extract, 2
tbsps of monk fruit extract, 1 tsp of raw cacao
powder. On top, add greek yogurt icing:
Drain 1/2 cup of non-fat plain greek yogurt
(until most of the water from the yogurt is
gone) & mix in 6 drops of vanilla liquid
stevia
