Directions: First layer: Raspberry
yogurt: Blend together 1/2 a cup of
greek yogurt with 1⁄2 a cup of frozen
raspberries
Second layer: Angel cake: Food process:
1⁄4 cup of coconut flour, 1 scoop of
vanilla whey protein powder, 1.5 tbsps.
of raw honey
Third layer: chocolate sauce: Stir
together 1 tbsp. of raw cacao powder, 1
tbsp of melted coconut oil, & add a bit of
almond milk until well mixed into a 167
sauce texture.
Add all 3 layers in a cup and top with
shredded almonds & fresh raspberries!
