Caramel Glazed
Cookies
Servings: 6
In a food processor, blend together:
4 scoops of vanilla protein powder, 1 cup
coconut flour, 1/3 cup almonds, 1/2 cup pecans,
1/4 cup chia seeds, 1.5 cups raisins, 1/4 cup
coconut butter. Form batter into cookies and
bake at 350 for 6 mins & top with icing.

For icing: blend together: 1 scoop vanilla protein
powder, 1/3 cup of melted cacao butter, 1/4 cup
of natural caramel date syrup (Date Lady
brand), 2 tbsps of coconut butter, 1/2 cup of
date paste, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, 1/2 cup of
cashew milk, 1 tsp of pink Himalayan salt.
