CHOCOLATE

Servings: 2
In a food processor, blend together the
following ingredients: 2 scoops chocolate
protein powder, 2 tbsps of melted cacao
butter, 4 tbsps coconut flour, 4 tbsps almond
flour, 2 tbsps lakanto monk fruit extract, 2
tbsps of raw cacao powder.
Slowly add coconut milk into the mixture
until it turns into a soft batter. Roll batter
into balls. In a bowl, pour about 1/4 cup of
lakanto monk fruit and roll each ball in it. 165
Top with chopped walnuts for a finishing
touch!
